We are seeking a Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to build and optimize the operational foundation of our B2B team. This is a cross-market, strategic role with impact across all regions where the B2B team operates. The role is critical to driving revenue growth, improving sales efficiency, and enabling scalable, data-driven decision-making.
Reporting directly to the Chief of Sales, you will collaborate with the Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to streamline processes, improve forecasting, and empower our commercial teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to close high-value deals and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize end-to-end sales operations processes, from lead acquisition to contract execution and revenue recognition.
- Act as the primary CRM administrator (HubSpot), ensuring effective configuration, automation, reporting, and user support.
- Maintain clean, standardized, and reliable sales data to support reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track pipeline velocity, funnel performance, revenue KPIs, and forecast accuracy.
- Analyze commercial performance data to identify inefficiencies, surface growth opportunities, and support revenue forecasting.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and new technologies that enhance commercial efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure the adoption of playbooks, tools, and best practices that support consistent execution across regions and segments.
- Act as a key business partner to Sales Leadership, collecting feedback and driving continuous improvements across the commercial organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or strategy consulting.
- Proven experience designing and optimising sales and consulting processes and systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence process adoption and tool utilisation.
